They ensure our products meet your quality requirements. More important, contact resistance and action temperature should be 100% tested to ensure the performance. Scope/Range: thermostat Current test Temperature test Materials/Components key parts like insulation papers, bimetal and contacts are exported from overseas manufacturers Procedures/testing Details Our QC staff can be divided into three teams. The first team is responsible for testing the specification on every procedure during production. The team makes recommendations to the production department and sends a daily QC report to the manager. The second team checks the finished products, including physical and electrical specifications. The third team is in charge of all QC procedures, including setting quality standards. Other Information Our QC documents strictly follow GB and IEC standards. This makes sure our products meets the requirements of domestic and international buyers.
